Swim With Dory is a boutique swim school set in the tranquil countryside of Noordhoek, Cape Town. It’s a place where children and adults are given the time, care, and guidance to truly understand the water, build confidence, and learn to swim with ease.

Our warm, enclosed indoor pool allows for calm, consistent learning all year round. With small, personal classes, each swimmer receives individual attention as they master the fundamentals of floating, breathing, balance, and movement — the building blocks of lifelong water confidence.
Surrounded by open space and farm animals, Swim With Dory offers a peaceful setting that feels far removed from busy city pools. We operate six days a week and also host winter birthday parties and special events, creating a unique, safe way to celebrate in the water year-round.

With almost 30 years in the water, Dory is a highly respected swim educator, drowning-prevention advocate, and founder of Swim With Dory. Her teaching ranges from gentle learn-to-swim and water confidence to advanced stroke work and open-water skills — all grounded in safety, trust, and deep understanding of how people move through water. She is best known for helping even the most anxious swimmers feel calm, capable, and at home in the water..
